I'm kind, loyal and thoughtful, rather arty but not artful. I'm learning to laugh again, and would love someone to laugh with - about anything, everything and nothing at all.
I'm a practising Anglo-Catholic Christian, but happy with anyone's beliefs as long as they're sincerely held and not antagonistic to anyone else.
I'm rebuilding my fitness and figure (slowly). I enjoy walking, visiting beautiful and interesting places, plays, concerts, opera, art exhibitions, painting and any type of crafts.
I'm a good cook, especially with the incentive of having someone else to cook for.
About her ideal match
I'd love to spend time with someone who can accept me as I am, a wee bit broken from losing my other half after a long illness, and be my cheerleader as I rebuild myself. I promise to be that someone's chief admirer too.
Please be open, and honest, and kind. Please be ready to have fun, but able to cope with the fact I'm not yet fully healed (is one ever?) and I'm re-learning what it is to be me.
If you enjoy travelling, I'd love to have a reason to get a passport again! Or we can just snuggle up on the sofa - mine or yours - for an evening of watching tv, reading, knitting (me) and doing the crosswords and number puzzles. The possibilities, I'm realising, are endless.
