About her
I can't possibly sum myself up in less than 10,000 words but here's a try.. I trained as an anthropologist and lived and worked various exotic places but mainly east Africa, where I developed an interest in population health. I really did live in a mud hut.. Ironically I then went on to work auditing very top 5 star hotels and have to say I prefer the hut (a loo would be nice though, slightly fewer critters)....
I am passionately interested in travel and in other cultures.. the world is so colourful and fascinating I just want to suck in as much as I can. I'm a romantic at heart, the romance of travel, of creativity, of living and learning and maybe just one day another romantic partner would be wonderful. . II'm a life long learner, currently learning Portuguese, Duolingo but it's pretty effective to get going. I enjoy live music, theatre, conversation, gardening, reading, walking in nature, breakfast outside on a sunny morning, spending time with friends,, I think with the right person(s) and the right sunny day one can enjoy almost anything. My friends think of me as some kind of globetrotter , as really quite different. I think I'm still that girl from a village in Kent.
