About him
After retiring just over 2 years ago I moved to south Tyneside. I love the beaches and the people. It’s very different from Sheffield! I have found meeting new people difficult and I’m looking for some female company to enjoy what the north east has to offer.
Day tips to the beach, pub nights watching local bands, holiday in the sun reading a good biography and enjoying a pint of Guinness (if it’s available!)
I have 2 grown sons who also live up here and they have their own children. I’m family orientated so having someone who wants to mix with my them is important to me.
I enjoy the football, my sons and grandsons play so I go to watch them when I can.
I love Newquay. It’s sort of my spiritual home and visiting is something I like to do as often as possible.

I’m looking for someone who likes being out and about but also equally loves sitting home and listening to records, reading or watching tv.
We have the beaches nearby and I’d love to spend more time there people watching and enjoying a cup of tea.
I’d like to meet someone who is looking for company. To be able to jump in the car and go to Newquay for a week, or shoot off to Liverpool for a weekend to enjoy some live music. Or to just sit and have a chat to.
