I'm independent but very dependable. I like to set myself new challenges. I love to be outdoors whether that's cycling ( E-bike and road ... I hate hills! 😃) , hiking, sailing, (I'm a yacht skipper) , skiing, ( I can get down most things but don't rate my style!) Gardening and playing tennis. A perfect day would be discovering somewhere new, enjoying a glass of wine in the company of people who embrace life, laughter and companionship. I have travelled widely and would love to find a companion who also has the drive to want to discovery new places, perhaps camp under the stars in Africa or stare out to a aqua blue sea. I don't sit still for long but enjoy a good docu-drama, theatre, cinema, gallery and always appreciate a good book or podcast recommendation. I've got many good friends who share my hobbies but would love to share a cuppa in the morning with that one special person. I've got kids who are both married off and living their own dreams. I love to paint and I've always tried to make a difference through my charity work.
I can't bear procrastination, arrogance and arguements and I avoid negative energy. This is one life and for living, sharing and caring.
I love dogs but sadly lost mine during covid, I will have another, one day, but right now I’m enjoying the freedom from responsibilities.
