I definitely have a great deal of time & energy for a new interesting exciting lady in my life. Currently my family are most important to me on many levels. I love & assist/support my grown-up three sons, their lovely ladies & my four grandchildren, which is the my only family.

I've considerable experience & gained valuable life skills from my very interesting, unusual varied vocations todate (just ask!). My life has been somewhat complicated, exciting, very busy throughout & I came to a skidding stop, no regrets & now it's time to enjoy it, taking life at a steady pace & appreciate my survivability & good health.
I love the company of a lady very much as a companion/best friend/lover with common interests, but respect her need for doing her own 'stuff' &/or time to herself.
I love to eat great food out somewhere quiet, but quite happy with coffee & a good takeaway, watch a film, British comedy, wildlife or history documentaries etc. Enjoy the big screen & presentations/talks a great deal.
I'm a great hater of smoking & don't like alcohol beyond occasionally for social occasions.
Honesty, I've led a very full life, Armed Forces Veteran, you'll notice I'm an amputee. I also suffer but manage Complex PTSD. I've carried out tons of therapies (Combat Stress, Blesma Limbless Veterans, Warrior Programme, NHS etc.) which have given me a huge toolbox of coping strategies. Please don't let this be off-putting! I've got so much to give without question, to the right lady who "gets it"!
